Cancellation Policy
Hi there! We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please provide 24 hours notice. Deposits for appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice can be applied to a future session. for cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment the deposit will be forfeited. All deposits are 20% of the total service cost. This policy ensures that we can continue offering the best possible service and availability to our clients.
